Satisfied compensation or Competitive compensation ?

Platon inc. is proud to offer our associates

------compensation, comprehensive benefits,

development.

A) satisfied

B) competitive

The correct answer is (B) competitive.

But I think (A) satisfied is more suitable there.

Why is it B) competitive ? Please explain to me this.

'Satisfied compensation' makes no sense to me. What does it mean to you?

Looks its meaning is similar like "satisfactory compensation" to me. I'm a foreigner learning English. In my mother language, we can sometimes express like that. I couldn't understand it. '"Satisfied salary" no sense, either ??? It's a kind of meaning that I was satisfied with the salary. Could you explain to me for it a little more ?
