Sarcasm or Something?

I was watching this video about someone going to a lot of Wallmarts in order to buy one snicker from every store.

I saw a comment: "I like the part where he went to Walmart.

Is this some kind of irony or something? Doesn't this imply that the person only went to ONE Walmart, so the person is in fact, wrong? Shouldn't the person say: "I like the part where he went to the Walmarts."?

I'm not sure I understand the scenario, but that comment seems to be sarcastic, meaning that because the video consisted of nothing more than a guy going to the store, it was poor entertainment.
