Sarcasm?

I was watching youtube, and I came across this video: "Buying a snickers from every Walmart."

While watching, I came across a comment: "My favorite part of the video was when he went to Walmart."

Despite this being truthful (he technically did go to a Walmart, but also others), he is also being vague by not specifying which Walmart. Though, this is sarcasm right? What does it actually mean?

Top answer

" It's just a joke. The guy went to all the Walmarts, over 4700 different locations.
