Sarcasim

I hear in movies
They are Sarcastic when they say

Could you be more stupid. - when the guy is really stupid

Could you be more loud. - when the person is very loud.

Could you make more noise. - when the person is making lot of noise.

Is that correctly used and sarcastic?
