Sarah's and my house -- me and Sarah's house -- mine and Sarah's house

0 Darn, I can't find the answer to this anywhere! If a sentence has a possessive first-person and third-person, what does one do? None of the examples in the title seem proper. Is the only option to make it passive and just say 'The house of me and Sarah'?02br
