Sarah drives this meeting.

Hello, everyone.

What does exactly the below sentence mean?

Sarah drives this meeting.

Does it mean that she leads this meeting? Is she the leader there?
For example I imagine her actions this way:
- Sarah is the organizer and invites people;
- Creates the agenda;
- Perhaps moderates the discussions;
- Probably also presents something but equally well might have other people present their ideas as well.

Is my understanding correct?
