Sara is the person who mother was a famous actor OR Sara is the person whose mother was a famous actor

Sara is the person who mother was a famous actor
Sara is the person whose mother was a famous actor
Sara is the person which mother was a famous actor

I need a little bit of help here, im trying to figure out which of these sentences is most accurate, also, I'm not pretty sure if the second one counts since whose is used for belongings
