SAP Code of Business Ethic SUBMIT failure

I experienced the follwoing error when tried to "Submit" electronic acknowledgement through the SAP portal:

"Error: Signing Code of Business Ethics can not be completed. For support, please contact HR Direct.!!!"

and this is SAP URL I'm using:
