Sampling towards

Hello, teachers!

I don't understand the meaning of the following sentence.

Now XX presents the XX Data Collection Module (SDCM), that allows intelligent data collection from Modbus and OPC UA enabled devices and sampling towards major cloud manufacturers such as Amazon (AWS), Azure, Cumulocity, etc., via MQTT and OPC UA.

(XX is a company name)

Is it correct to understand as below?

The SDCM allows:

1) intelligent data collection from Modbus and OPC UA enabled devices

2) sampling toward major cloud manufacturers

both via MQTT and OPC UA

I also don't understand what "sampling towards major cloud manufacturers" mean.
