Sample complaint about inequality in distribution of works.

Dear Sir,

Kindly help me to to wright a sample complaint to my manager against my supervisor. I am facing a lot of discrepancies and partiality in my work, I found there is an inequality in distribution of works in my department, because my supervisor assigning a lot of task apart from other staffs. I am fully under pressure and and mentally stress.

I want my manager should intervene and short out this problem once and for all so that I can continue working without any mental stress.
