Same meaning

Hi.

I have a friend with golden dark blonde hair.
I have a friend whose hair is golden dark blond.
I have a friend who has golden dark blonde hair.

If these sentences are correct, and a native speaker says something before 'She wants it lighter', which one would it be? Or is there something else?

Thank you.

Thank you for the great help!

A grammar book says that when the meaning is the same, native speakers tend to prefer/choose a shorter sentence, so I thought that my first sentence might be better than the other, or better than 'I have a friend with golden dark blonde hair who wants it lighter'. About the tendency, is it true?

As a tendency, perhaps, though it is probably speaker-specific. Most speakers, however, compose linearly (i.e., as they speak), so that the result is often long and convoluted. In formal writing, good style is often the most concise composition.
