Help! We are having a formal dinner this evening with place cards this evening. The attendees are all past presidents of our club.

On the small envelope containing the placecard, what is the proper address?

President and Mrs. Bill Keller

President & Mrs. Keller

Pres. & Mrs. Bill Keller?

President Bill and Mrs. Eileen Keller?

Help!

If I were sending that I would just write " Bill and Eileen " and if I wanted to be more formal " Bill and Eileen Keller ". By the way they are guests not attendees.

I take it you aren't expecting them to share a chair? Can't they each have their own card in their own space?

So 1 card reading 'President Keller' and 1 card reading 'Mrs Keller'. or with their first names as well/instead.

Don't call her Mrs Bill though - that is very old fashioned etiquette and a lot of women find it offensive.
