In writing to one female and two males is the salutation "Lady and Gentlemen" correct?

If on a familiar basis: dear friends, colleagues, etc., keeping it gender free entirely.

Hi,

I assume you are talking about a business letter.

Personally, I don't remember writing such letters to multiple people. The normal approach in my experience has been to write to one of the people, then 'cc' the others and/or mention them in the text of the letter.

Dear Mr. Smith,

I would like to thank you, Mr. Green and Ms Black for
