I'm looking for a proper salutation of my e-mail. It's an enquiry about company's services. I don't know anything about recipient (Email Removed). "Dear Sir/Madam" seems too formal for this certain case. What less formal variants could also be used, if any?
Thanks in advance.
Regards, Alexander

This might be a cultural difference once again, but to me there is nothing wrong with "Hi" or "Hello".
For eample, I get e-mail in exactly the same fashion all the time from corporate investor relation departments. Their job is to impress me, the investor. Impressing investors is what they are supposed to do.
