"Sales Price" or "Sale Price" or "Selling Price" as it pertains to car selling

If a car is being sold, and the form on the paperwork is showing the price, what should that price be called?

  • "Sales Price"
  • "Sale Price"
  • "Selling Price"

It must be clear to consumer so that there is no confusion as to car being on sale (discount).

This is the regular price the consumer is paying for the car...

Thanks!
