Hi could you help me please.. i've to send a formal email to my sales team and the chairman will be in cc so i want to send to them 2 new forms " weekly sales plan and weekly sales report" in attach and tell them that they have to send to me the weekly sales plan every Wednesday and the weekly sales report every Sunday. many thanks
