Sale vs. Sales

Hello everyone,

a part of an information system whose description I've been trying to translate is a component (a so-called module) whose name I'd like to translate either as Sale or as Sales. Is there a big difference between the two?

"The Sale(s?) module is used to handle and implement a business transaction with the customer," say a passage (btw is that sentence correct?).

Many thanks for your opinions, comments and ideas in advance!

Hi I would go with the plural - My Sales module retrieves data from all regional sources But there's no definite rule... - When the client clicks on "Agree", their name is recorded in Customer and the value of the transaction is recorded in Sale Dave
