Sale Economics, condition, vendor

What is the meaning of "economics"? I guess it's different from "Economic"?

Does "condition" here means something like "in that situation"?

I'm not sure if "vendor" is a seller in this context? Thanks.

Sale Economics and Dates. In the condition that we have unsold tokens, we reserve the right to either put the tokens in our vendor’s section for platform growth.
