Salary Inrcrement

I am working for a 4 Star hotel in bahrain as a General Cashier since 2001. but till now I have not got a proper salary increment. I started with BD 90/ pm.and now it is BD 200. Now that I am married and have child who be going to school very soon and so my exps have rised as i am the only earning member in the family. Apart from this i am not staying in the Co. Accomodation and I am paying house rent.and I ahve also gathered experience and knowledge which I am using for the compaany's growth.

Kindly let me know how to write a convincing letter to the manager for a salary hike.
