Salary incriment for driver

dear sir,
i would like to inform you that i am working in this company as driver for 3 years. I am working hard and getting (salary) ---------------- as salary per month. It is not enough to manage my poor family. More over the living expense is increasing day by day. So i kindly request you grant me a reasonable increment. I hope, further steps may be taken at the earliest.
