Salary increment letter

I am promoted as Assistant Manager from march 2016 onward. But No increments in my salary till now. Last two months before my wife delivered and I got a baby. nowadays I am facing more financial crises. I am facing very difficult to maintain my families cost.

please help me to sent smart letter to my boss.
