Request for salary increment
I have been working in this company since last 7 yrs. in first three year i got a good increments and from last 4 years my salary was not increase, 2 year back i got a promotion from scaffold supervisor to scaffold projects coordinator they promise that they increase my salary after 6 months, but the guy who promised he left the company at that time in three month.last year I transfer to another project in another city but no increment still, now they are going to transfer me again to another new project in another city 800kms distance. Im staying with my family since 3 yrs 1 child n now she is carrying.
