Salary Increment

greetings !!

it is good to see that you peoples are helping worldwide to come out of problem

sir i joined company on JUne 2011 in Sri lanka and gettings INR 25,000/- out of which 5000 going in deposit so i m getting only 20,000 which i am thinking is not as per my potential or i am working for company day night.

i took loan of 200,000 from company to cover my family probleme

so i would like management ot increase my salary atleast by 5,000 more but i m not getting that how to say and what to say as they help me by giving loan and it is only 5 month to me working but i want to say as few employees are getting 30,000 though i am working harder than them (it is becasue of negotiation at the time of interview)

i will be highly oblige if you will suggest me good way to express myself to management
