salary increment. i  known am not very well english speaking.i trying but not improvement am really tension in this job.i working Accountant in saudi arabia. am trying more good salary and good job.plz can u hlp me

Sub :- Request to review my pay scale

I'm grateful for the opportunity to work for you and thanking you for the same. As you are aware that I have been working with this company for the last 14 years. During this period I have discharged my duties to the best of my abilities and have been sincerely dedicated and continuing hard-work for our company.

However, I'm still working for the initial salary of 9150.00.I have proved my dedication by taking responsibilities all the time, whenever my department and management requested to me, with out considering my pay scale.. Since 2005 I have been requesting for considerable pay rise and promotion. Due to the absence of a proper communication and appraisal my request not reached to the management. Since 2008 I have been working as senior accountant with out any change in my post or pay scale

As you are aware of that living cost in is hiking day by day and it is very difficult to live and earn with my present salary. which we agreed two years ago. As I recall, we also agreed to renegotiate my salary in two years based on my accomplishments, and that time has come. In light of my accomplishments You are aware of that my present salary is srl. and since 1996 I did not get any considerable pay rise and it is very difficult for me to live in Saudi where cost of living is hiking day by day

Considering the above facts I would like to request you to review my pay scale accordingly and to increase my salary .

I assure you sir that I have grate pleaser to do any task and to shoulder any responsibility to assist you for the benefit of the company.
