Salary increment

dear madam,

i saji baby completing my 4 months as a safety officer in SMRC project.i am a diploma (in mechanical engineering)holder with 6 years of gulf experience with international companies , Al-Naboodah Dubai and Kharafi-National kuwait.My previouse company,in Al-Naboodah i have worked as a safety engineer for 2 years. I was appointed in the company CONTRACK LIMITED as per the basic salary of 10000 QR/month.As you well know that i m doing 12 hours of duty as per the company reqirement without getting any extra payment.during this period i have done my duties with sincerly and my efforts for implementing safety at site is satisfactory for my superiors.So kindly consider this letter for my salary increment according to my performance.
