Salary increment

Dear my friends, I am planning to give my manager a salary increment letter but I like to write in the end of the letter that if you don’t change my salary I will look to another job. Do you think this is a positive point?

Please advice me what I have to do if my boss does not accept to increase my salary?

Thank you

Dear Sir,
I would be very grateful for a salary increment
Thanks for the mid year salary revision and I wish to share my thoughts about this if anything wrong in my view and thought please correct me. Since I joined Cook in 1996 there is no partiality in the the salary structure but this year I don't know why I had been given very meger revision. If I would have been some other departmen

You really want to say this? There is a global recession going on, and in any company I know, a modest increase is the norm, and better than no increase, which is what people expected; they are just happy to have a job. You want to whine that you think they like other people better and that's why you got a small increase this year? I'd rethink this.

You can take a more positive approach
