salary incremenr request

I have beenworking in x company for 1 year.In my interview time my boss told me that after 6 months he is going to incrase the salary 500dhs and i got. Last month they given salary increment to all staffs but i did not get the increment because i have already got the increment. but still my salary is too low. How can i write a letter containing this reasons pls help
