Salary debate

Can I say.

I want justice neutrally.

So the problem is there is a huge discrimination in a cashier's salary and a teacher's salary whereas both of ours education is same. So I want to request high commission in a formal letter to look into this matter Without thinking from one side.

Can you tell me a proper word.
