Please help me with this letter...
In order to save money, I transferred to a new accommodation with my friends. However, we need to pay it for 3 installments only.
In view of the above, I would like to kindly request you to grant me a loan of Dhs 3,000.00 which would be deducted in equal payments from my next three months' salary.

Here is my version of this letter. I replaced some words with the synonyms I find more appropriate, used present perfect instead of past simple in the beginning, and removed the "***-kissing constituent" ("kind", "kindly", etc.) You may want to consider including some of my changes into your original.
