Swimming is one of the most widely known sports in the world because almost everybody knows how to swim. Swimming is a very good exercise apart from being very rejuvenating, both for the body and mind. Splashing, paddling and wading through the water are a lot of fun. It is useful because you can navigate water without using instruments in a small period of time.
Everybody, when it comes to swimming is interested because swimming is good for relaxation and also it is a good form of exercise because all our muscles in the body move. But we have to consider also safety precautions in swimming because there might time we get cramps or we lose our energy in swimming then if we cannot swim then we be might sunk. As what our facilitators said there are some factors to consider in swimming. First, we have to check the pool if it is safe and free from perilous materials. Second, we should know if there is a lifeguard guarding the pool to ensure our safety. Third, our condition we should check ourselves if we are ok, if not then we should not go swimming. In the activity we have done last Sunday our facilitators gave some floating styles that is useful if we cannot swim because we exhausted too energy. Like the turtle float, the front float, the back float which I know and others. Also they taught us some styles of swimming like backstroke, freestyle and others. The activity focuses safety standards and it really helps me a lot because I myself do not know how to swim so because of that information given by our facilitators I can now use that safety rules for I can make myself stay in safe.
