Safety observation pls help

Hello everyone, can u please check this text, sure below doesn’t sound natural:) Thanks a lot in advance!

Office safety observations:

  1. I noticed a small puddle on the floor after watering indoor plants near reception area, it is unsafe, you can slip and fall. I wiped the water with napkins and talked to the office boy so that he would avoid an overflow next time.
  2. I saw a colleague who was walking with a mug of hot tea, it's not safe, he can get burned. I told him to cover the mug with a lid. The colleague immediately reacted positively and followed the advice.
