Here is a sentence that sounds strange but it is original sentence quoted from an airplane PC-9 maintenance manual, from the chapter "Precautions against injury''. I don't understand the underlined part:
Open and safety circuit breakers in the flight control trim systems before commencing any work on the systems.
There is something missing in the sentence, perhaps another verb, I don't know. Any ideas? Thanks
