What does it mean
"His King is safely castled"?

Hi In chess, castling is a way of making your king safe - making sure that he cannot easily be attacked The word 'safely' is not really needed. I suppose that if white played b4, c4 and then 0-0-0 then that would be castling unsafely! But usually, castling is a simple way of making your king safe from attack.
