Use the first if you are at the place where the other person came to.
Use the second if you are away from the place where the other person went to.
More idiomatic: Did you get home all right last night?

If you’re finished here.
- This means “If you have finished everything here”, right?
This is not a complete sentence. But as a phrase, you are right about the meaning.
I’m done with this.
- This means “I have finish this”, right?
No. "done with" means "don't need anymore". It is a little like slang.
-- Are you done with that rag? I wan't to use it to dust something in the kitchen.
-- Yeah, I'm done with it. Here. (hands over the rag)
