1. One through four 'is' correct.
2. One through four 'are' correct.
My MS Word grammar checker is saying that 'is' is correct. Is this right?

3. Questions 1 through 4 'is' correct.
4. Questions 1 through 4 'are' correct.

Which two are correct above? I say 2 and 4 are correct. Am I right?

"Questions 1 through 4 are correct" is correct. "One through four are correct" is correct" is correct. I can imagine another scenario: Q.

"Questions 1 through 4 are correct" is correct.

"One through four are correct" is correct" is correct.

I can imagine another scenario:

Q. Which is correct, "One through four," or "One plus four"?
A. "One through four" is correct.

(This would be correct.)
