s comes with doesn't?

Here I have a question about negative sentence. See the sentence below.

"Life does not happen to you, it happens for you"

It means "s" doesn't come with negative sentence. It only comes with positive and single noun.

Is it true?

Anonymous It means "s" doesn't come with negative sentence. That's one way of looking at it. This is the rule: After "do", "does", or "did", use only the plain form of the verb.
