" 's"

Hello, teachers. I have a question about " 's ". Although I know that we have to put " 's " to define someone's possession like my father's car, I have seen so many expressions without " 's " like my father car, and so on. So I would like to know if "'s" can be omitted and meaning can be the same?

Thank you as always and have a good day.

-- If you have seen 'father car' it is simply a learner's error. What you mean by 'and so on', I don't know. We often use such a noun as adjective when it does not actually mean possession, as in father hater, shoe store and car seat.

Thank you so much . The meaning of "and so on" is expressions such as my father house/ car / money or my mother / car..., so I think all of them are non native English speakers' errors but I feel like some expressions without 's also can be the same with the others with 's although I can not think of any now. If you do not mind, could you show me any examples?
Sorry about taking your time.
