rustled up

I may misspell this word. It's a word I heard on CNN.

< a woman ran into a neighbor's home to beat up the neighbor. After a while, she came out and her t-shirt was crumbled from the fight>

She is pretty rustled up.

What's the meaning of rustled up?
Thanks.
