Running fool

Remember that scene from "Forrest Gump" when he runs just after he managed to get free from his leg braces? One of the looker-ons said:"This is sure the running fool".
Anyone can explain what it means?
Regards,
Pawel

  • Regards, Pawel[/nq] Since it was an American film (1994) I **** in again.
  • As well as I can remember, Forrest Gump was a great success at (American) football, known for his running ability.
