How should I have phrased the following sentences?

A lot of people run to the Emergency room too easily, at the slightest thing problem. Emergency room like in its name means is for Emergencies.

"easily" is understandable, but I would use 'readily' or 'often'.

I am curious as I am not sure what the rules are where you live. By that same reasoning, so are hospital, library, and post office. Are you gonig to capitalize all of them ? Generic names require no capitalization generally speaking.
