Run or ran?

Which is the correct form of run in this statement?

Student minded, Student ----

I originally put "student minded, student ran", and was told it was wrong.

It is run by students, so it is student-run.

I run; I ran; I have run. It is run; it was run; it has been run.

It's possible that in your region, people say 'I have ran' and 'it was ran by ...', so you've picked that up as a regional thing, but the standard form in the U.S. is 'I have run'.
