Prior to the event, I could plan out how much time I was going to spend on reading and analyzing the situation (using SWOT), figuring out a resolution, incorporating an innovative idea, ensuring the resolution involved the 4 P’s, planning out the order of the presentation, and practicing the presentation.
Therefore, I had to create thorough lesson plans with the progressions leading up to the activity, warm-ups, the activity, games, the formation for each exercise, the time needed for each exercise, and the equipment needed.
