Run On Sentence?

Is this sentence correct? Do I need the comma after thoughts? Whether you want to transform it into a sensory garden to refresh your spirit and gather your thoughts, or you like to have friends over and cook out or maybe even both, OLI will work with your objectives to produce an atmosphere that reflects your style.

Could you please help me understand what cook out means? I know the phrasal verb to eat out, but I cannot find cook out.

Thanks, Patrick

Hi,

To cook outside, perhaps in your backyard. Often the style of cooking is to 'barbecue'.

Best wishes, Clive
