Run On or Not - How Can I Tell

Hello,

Could someone explain to me whether the following sentence is a run on?

My strong academic record is evidenced by the fact that I have earned a Thurgood Marshall Scholar designation, a distinction reserved for the top 10% of my class.

Does the sentence require a which is after the comma or is it correct?
