Run on?

Hi,

Is this a run on?

"A baker can decide on using the wrong control on the oven and deviate from the required temperature as the recipe has no temperature control function requirement."

Someone is reviewing my essay. Better to have a third unbiased opinion.

Thanks.

No. Just because a sentence is long doesn't mean it's a run-on sentence.

On another matter, however, note that if the recipe doesn't specify the temperature (which, I take it, is the meaning of "no temperature control function"), then there can't be a "required temperature", as you put it.
