Wait it out. I'm sure she'll come through.

Can somebody please tell me when to use comma and periods. I tend to run-on a lot..

I wouldn't attempt to join these two sentences. The ideas are independent. What conjunction could you use?
You could make it an "if" clause, but that would change the meaning, I believe.

(I'm sure she'll come through, if you wait it out.)
