I don't understand your sentence. As far as I know, computers don't run on the wall or off the wall. Do you mean the computer is plugged in, as opposed to using batteries?

Yes I mean it plugged in . could you say "running on/off wall'

Computer don't run on the wall, or off the wall. Bugs run on the wall. Spaghetti sauce runs off the wall, after someone throws a pot full of it at the wall.
