I think it's unreasonable for that person to be a substitute for Johnny. "you" here is Johnny's lawyer, who came to ask the director for an acting role.

another question relating to godfather
- Sonny will come after you.
- that will be his first reaction, right?
What does the first sentence mean? I don't understand the phrase "come after".

He's not Johnny's lawyer. He is the legal advisor of the Corleone family. He isn't there to seek an acting role himself - he is there on behalf of Johnny.

"Sonny will come after you with everything he's got" is Tom telling Sollozzo that Sonny is after blood, because Sollozzo tried to murder Vito.

come after sb = go after sb = be after sb's blood?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'sb', but yes, that is the whole idea. Sonny wants Sollozzo dead.

Sb means somebody.
You seems to know godfather very well. I'm watching it with the English subtitle.
