1. I run on my legs.

2. I run with my legs.

Which one is correct? What are the diffrences between (1) and (2)?

1. I run on my legs. This focusses on the fact that your legs are supporting you. You wouldn't normally say this, because it is the normal way of running. However, you might say in the gym, for example, I can run on my hands.
