I am face problem of actual rules of Tense.

Wow...rules of Tenses..

It is a lot to say.. I aslo still having problems with those tenses. Here is the most basic stuff.

Past --- Present --- Future

simple past : you are sure when it is happen.
ex..I watched movie yesterday. (you know exactly when)
(obviously, not in minutes and seconds but at least you know yesterday).
